The terms for access to and use of the DentaConnect website and platform services.

These terms
These terms apply to access to and use of DentaConnect by visitors, dental offices, and dental professionals.
If additional terms are shown for a part of the service, those terms also apply to that part.
Accounts
You provide accurate information, keep your account details current, and use the service only when you are authorised to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity through your account, unless misuse is not attributable to you.
Use of the service
Use DentaConnect lawfully, carefully, and with respect for other users and third parties.
Do not post patient data, confidential records, misleading information, unlawful content, or material you do not have rights to use.
Information on the platform
Profiles, availability, requests, and other information you post must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading.
We may review, hide, or remove information where needed for safety, reliability, law, or compliance with these terms.
Arrangements between users
DentaConnect supports finding and coordinating work opportunities. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, arrangements between users are arrangements between those users.
Users remain responsible for suitability, authority, professional performance, and administrative consequences of their own arrangements.
Access and review
We may request information, review accounts, and limit, suspend, or end access where reasonably needed.
A review, profile status, or access to the service is not a guarantee about a user, assignment, or outcome.
Fees and paid features
If paid features, fees, or compensation arrangements are introduced, we will show the applicable information before those features or costs apply to you.
Until such information is shown, this page does not create a right to any specific price, compensation, or payment method.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the service carefully available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged.
We may change, interrupt, or end the service where needed for maintenance, safety, product development, or other reasonable reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law, or our way of working changes.
For important changes, we will inform you in a reasonable way. If you continue using the service afterwards, the updated terms apply to that further use, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DentaConnect is not liable for indirect loss, missed opportunities, loss of data, or loss caused by use of information from other users.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Reports, review, and law
Report questions, complaints, or potentially unlawful content through support@dentaconnect.nl. Where possible, include the relevant link, context, and reason for your report.
We review reports reasonably, may restrict content or access where needed, and may ask users for additional information or review. Dutch law applies to these terms; disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
